Project Scope & Proposals

We provide detailed proposals outlining project scope, timelines, deliverables, and associated fees. Your written approval of a proposal signifies project commencement. Any project scope changes require mutual written agreement.

Fees & Payment

Our fees are clearly detailed in proposals. Payment structures typically involve staged payments throughout the project. A late payment fee of 2.5% per month may apply to outstanding balances.

Revisions & Approvals

• Proposals specify the number of revisions included in the fees. Additional revisions might require adjustments to fees, which will be discussed openly before proceeding.

• Your written approval is required at each project stage before we proceed.

Deliverables & Ownership

• Upon project completion and your final approval, we deliver the final project files.

• A-Create retains ownership of creative materials until full payment is received. Upon full payment, all ownership rights are transferred to the Client.

Collaboration & Termination

• This agreement commences upon project initiation and remains in effect until project completion.

• Written notification is required for early termination by either party.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information disclosed during the project.

Disclaimer

While A-Create strives for exceptional results, the inherent dynamism of the digital landscape prevents guaranteeing specific outcomes.

Force Majeure

A-Create will not be liable for delays or disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, natural disasters, internet outages). We will work collaboratively to find solutions in such instances.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be settled in the courts located in Gurugram, India.

Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and A-Create, superseding any prior communications, representations, or agreements. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect.
