At A-Create, we take pride in delivering exceptional design and digital marketing services. We understand clear communication is key to successful projects. This policy outlines our refund and return policy for the various services we offer.

Full Refunds

A full refund will be issued in the following situations:

• Project Not Initiated: If, for any reason, A-Create cannot begin work on your project as agreed upon, you will receive a full refund.

• Initial Design Rejection (Branding & Design): If you are not satisfied with the initial design concepts presented for your Branding & Design project, you are entitled to a full refund.

No Refunds

Due to the time and resources invested in project planning, strategy development, and ongoing campaign management, refunds will not be offered for the following:

• Website Design & Development (After Initiation): Once the project has begun, refunds cannot be provided. However, we are committed to working collaboratively with you to ensure your website meets your expectations.

• Digital Marketing Services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing): Digital marketing campaigns require ongoing effort and optimization. Therefore, refunds cannot be offered for these services. We will provide regular reports and actively manage your campaigns to achieve your desired results.

• Branding & Design (After Initial Design Rejection): If you request revisions to the initial design concepts and subsequently decide to terminate the project, a refund cannot be provided.

• Content Marketing (Partially Delivered or Requiring Revisions): If the content is partially delivered or requires revisions due to changes in your requirements, a refund cannot be issued.

• To ensure a smooth project flow, clear communication of your goals and expectations is highly recommended before project initiation.

• This policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

By emphasizing situations where a full refund is available and outlining the reasons refunds cannot be offered after project initiation, this policy protects A-Create’s interests while still maintaining a client-centric approach.
